A: The basic usage of UV lamps is 15,000 times. For standard use at the rate of 120 times a day, a lamp can last for 125 days. For one year, we recommend to stock 2 back up for each lamp in the machine.

2. Q: What type of technical support and training do you provide?

3. Q: Is there a testing procedure to check if the books are sterilized.
